We are a Not for Profit, Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) operating from the Rivers State of Nigeria. Our association intends to work for the up liftment of local destitute & deserving local woman. Our primary focus is on the heath care of women.

Our Association’s name is Indigenous Mothers of Good Heart and hence in short we are popularly called as IMGHA.

Urgent Funding Needed for Current Project Needs of IMGHA:

• Building of old age home in Rivers State, Nigeria.

One of our main projects in hand is to build an Old Age Home as a center for providing HELP & HEALTHCARE by giving necessary Medical Aid and Assistance and to forge agreements towards supporting the primary, secondary and tertiary female health care sectors in Nigeria. With a physical Old age home in place, IMGHA intends to involve our social services in the fields of Maternity care, Foster care, Oral & Dental hygiene, Personal hygiene, Growing old gracefully, Old people management, Overnight homestay for women suffering domestic violence, Primary health care centers etc.

• The Girls Place in Rivers State, Nigeria



The Founder of Indigenous Mothers of Good Heart Association NGO has a brilliant idea to start and implement, “After School Camps” mainly for females only. These can be school or college or university students too. It could be personalized and called as, “THE GIRLS PLACE” – A Personal Place & Space of their own. "

The Girls Place, After School Program can function in combination with the School & College educational programs.  What it will have?

• Well Structured Activities
• Physical Activities
• Athletic Sports
• Indoor & Outdoor Games
• Environmental Education
• Social Studies in real environment
• Occupational wellness programs

Building of after school recreation center for girls, called girls place, will keep them out of crime and violence.

• Providing improved seeds & Agricultural Training to women farmers.

There is an International saying, “Behind every Successful Man stands a Woman”. But worldwide for a fact, “Behind every Successful Woman its always another Woman or the Woman HERSELF.” So with this truthful thought in mind I request you all woman to always to be on the RISE. We as IMGHA are an “All Woman Association” volunteering and working together for helping Nigerian woman to RISE up on every occasion.

On behalf of Indigenous Mothers of Good Heart Association, (IMGHA) in short, i would like to make a fervent appeal to one and all involved in Philantropic activities and all people of good will and good heart. I appeal and request Individuals and Organizations to provide and grant us funds, so that we can attend to female oriented projects here in Rivers State of Nigeria.

Along with this Application Request for Granting of Funds for Female Welfare activities all over Nigeria, attaching this detailed, “Grant Proposal“ document wherein the Nigerian women issues and problems are highlighted and the possible and probable solutions too are presented. These are the areas of positive solutions, that IMGHA intends to imerse its team of Seven Women Trustees and its volunteers.
